Currentlly we does not offer dedicated IP for shared hosting, due to whole internet there is shortage of IPv4.
For VPS and Dedicated Server, if there is extra addon IP option for you to configure, that mean it support and you can order. We does not offer any discount on IPv4 non matter how many IP you order, we can only offer discount for yearly prepayment customer on IPv4 discount.
Charges for every 1 Dedicated IPv4 is $3/monthly for USA and Europe Location on Dedicated Server. As for VPS every 1 Dedicated IPv4 is $5/monthly for USA and Europe Location. Asia base IP is at $10 each monthly.
