Since 01/01/2013, TemasekTech officially provide China Base Shared Hosting to foreign company. And we received alot of question regards to this offer.
Alot asking, No ICP Requirement? Or are your company applying it for us?
Answer is, NO. ICP is Required by China Internet Law, which mean even if you do not have a ICP number, you will not be able to host inside our China Base Webserver. ICP is controlled by the Government of China and not by us "TemasekTech". So if you intend to host at China Datacenter, you will need to follow all the rules and regulations by MIIT.
If you do not have ICP license, we recommend you opt for our Hong Kong base hosting, which really do not require any ICP license to host it.
