All order will be manually verified, so please allow us within
24hrs to get your order deployed.
For VPS, will be activated within 24hrs - 48hrs (Depend on deploy slot at
most time will be activated less than 24hrs). As for Dedicated Server will
be within 24hrs - 72hrs (Depend on stock available anot and deploy slot at
most time will be activated less than 24hrs, if there is available stock
on the server your order).
Urgently need your order being deploy, please contact our Customer
Service and we will try our best to get it done for you as long as
your order is verified.
PS: Please note that for VPS and Dedicated Server, once setup and
activated, we will not offer any refund, even if you cancel within 24
hours upon receiving the welcome ticket. But if you cancel before your VPS
or Dedicated Server being setup, we can offer you refund, but this exclude
setup fee.
